Privacy Policy - Bundles MD

Bundles MD is a Shopify app that helps merchants create product gift-set bundles and quantity deals. This policy explains what data we process.

Data We Store

• Shop domain and Shopify session tokens needed to keep the merchant logged in
• Bundle and quantity-deal configuration created in the app (product IDs, quantities, discount rules, sync status)

Data We Do Not Store

• We do not store customer names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses
• We do not store order contents in our database
• We do not sell merchant or customer data

How Data Is Used

• To show and save bundle settings in the Shopify admin
• To sync offer rules to Shopify metafields so checkout discounts can run
• To authenticate the merchant with Shopify

Shopify Checkout

Discounts are calculated by Shopify Functions at checkout. Those functions read Shopify metafields. They do not connect to our database.

Sharing

We do not share store data with third parties except our hosting providers (app host and database) as needed to run the app, and Shopify as required to provide the service.

Retention and Deletion

When the app is uninstalled, we delete shop sessions and bundle data for that store. Shopify may also send a shop/redact request, which we honor.
